			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>At <a title="Spa Uno" href="http://spauno.com">Spa Uno</a>, we believe in the health, beauty and fitness lifestyle as a whole. This <em>spa life</em> mentality envelopes fitness as an extension. &#8220;Fitness&#8221; can take on many meanings, but in this case we are referring to the movement of the body in both standard and non conventional ways to keep the body stimulated.</p>
<p>I&#8217;m not always motivated to go to the gym, or take a class, some days for me it&#8217;s just ok to get the blood and fluids flowing with body movement. Sometimes on my own, and sometimes with a group.</p>
<p>Stretching immediately after rising is a perfect way to teach your body to push healthy blood cells into muscles keeping them supple and more flexible. It also stimulates other body fluids, such as spinal fluids and synovial fluids that are key to keeping joints, bones, and the mind healthy</p>

<p>Here are a few suggestions to making YOUR choice of fitness fun!</p>
<ul>
<li>-Incorporate creativity into your movement, something that matches your personality (Tai Chi, Capoeria, Pilates, Yoga, Core Pole etc)</li>
<li>-Be dynamic in your movements, imagine what they are supposed to look like and strive for it.</li>
<li>-Work at YOUR level of fitness, and work your way up, its not supposed to be a competition (only with yourself)</li>
<li>-Don&#8217;t put a cap on your potential (any new fitness style or practice will take levels to gain training)</li>
<li>-Find someone who is trained in the therapy or practice you want and trust them, they should be fun and passionate about what they do.</li>
<li>-Let your body go (it&#8217;s YOUR body, everyone is different and feel what your body is telling you)</li>
</ul>
<p>I found a passion that worked for me when I started training in Core Pole and Pole Fitness, a combination of flexibility, strength and aerial arts that is also a fun challenge! More and more people are looking for a non conventional approach to fitness and health, and this is one of them</p>

<p>If you would like to find out more about Core Pole or Pole Fitness in your area, it shouldn&#8217;t be hard to find on google. Most pilates and yoga studios are now incorporating Aerial Silks dancing, Aerial Yoga, and Pole Fitness as an alternative. I challenge you to try something new, don&#8217;t forget to stretch, let your body go, and most of all, ENJOY YOURSELF!</p>
