Liz Galloway is one of Costa Rica’s leading wellness specialists.
With worldwide experience in not only the Spa industry, but bridal, photographic, television and fashion, Liz is ready to create a tailored look to suit your needs, having you looking bridal beautiful on your special day.
As Executive Director of Lotus Effects Consulting also, Liz Galloway is involved with spa and resort launch support and business consulting in the USA, Spain and Central America, and continues to increase her experience with other international contracts around the world. Currently assisting the team and owners of Spa Uno in Manuel Antonio create and run a top quality day spa as Manager, she enjoys the beaches, climate and beauty of Costa Rica.
Experience in design, management, and overall operation of spas, allows her to bring a more defined level to the work. Years of experience include, creating a sports clinic early in her career, working with celebrity athletes, directing, operating and opening successful spas, and being sought as an innovative trainer, consultant, and speaker. With a background in Business and Hospitality Management, she has been able to provide a high level of insight and professionalism to each project. She travels frequently to research spas, and support client management, along with other entrepreneurial pursuits, that include bringing more effective and available training to the industry. She is involved in trade and expo presentations, and frequently is asked to speak or train at seminars, retreats, and expo’s. She has written for many spa publications, including Spa Management Magazine, Medical Spa Journal, Spa Plus, Spa Opportunities, Today’s Therapist, AMTA Magazine, and others. She continues to provide forward thinking concepts, and is passionate about speaking out in this industry. Molly & Adam McBride
This power couple have dedicated the last decade to building a fabulous Manuel Antonio “GREEN” event planning team and a reputable network of local partners with over 40 years combined experience.
As Massage Therapist and estheticians, Adam and Molly met while managing two different day spa’s in the Virgin Islands. From that point on the two headed off to Manuel Antonio, Costa Rica and have never looked back. Their professional lives have since been committed to bringing health, wellness and inspiration to all they meet.
Known as pioneers in the Manuel Antonio community, they created Manuel Antonio, Costa Rica’s first Organic Day Spa in 1999, Spa Uno. The couple’s “Flagship” company celebrates the success of there 12 year personal and professional relationship together.
Their second company was formally created in 2002, when Molly decided to pursue her lifelong dream of developing her own organic product line, Raw Botanicals. This product range is hand made, fully biodegradable and sustains a wide range of local fair trade farming families.
The Spa Uno “Flag Ship” company serves as the back drop for the culmination of the above and their third and latest company Weddings Manuel Antonio!
