Your credit card will be charged in case of a no-show or in case of late cancellations (within 24 hours) with 100% of the total of the treatments reserved by you. If you cancel more than 24 hours prior to your reservation, your credit card will not be charged.
If you need to reschedule we will do everything in out power to accommodate the request. Please be aware that sometimes this is not possible, in which case our standard cancellations policy will be enforced.
